STACIA and Estiatorio are Greek words. STACIA means “One Who Will Rise Again”. Estiatorio means “Restaurant".

The Head Chef of Estiatorio, Jada Maranga said, their staff was trained by a French Chef especially hired by the owners to create a special menu to satisfy the diners and to give excellent qualities of food.

Chef Jada made her own sauces from scratch for Filipino favorites such as Kare-Kare, and to some other main course. Estiatorio serves mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
