𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐌𝐒𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 today, July 26, 2023 at Nustar Convention Center, Cebu City.

The event was a huge success and was well attended by companies from various industries who were eager to learn and hear from our speakers.

Today's workshop was focused on Supply Chain Resilience, with Mr. Shivin Kohli giving a recap of their study with the supply chain related industries.

Some of the key take aways from Mr Kohli's presentation was to measure and assess the gaps of the supply chain industry, find other sources of revenue, measure supply chains, address gaps towards digitalization, create more visibility towards supply chain and transportation modalities, focus on flexibility by having diverse products, And align with leading businesses to emulate industry best practices.

This was followed by a Panel Discussion composed of Mr. Bryan Tividad. Assistant Vice President & Head of Global Procurement Services, Mr. Wilkie Wong, Chief Financial Officer, Esquel Group, Ms. Shiumei Lin, Vice President, Corporate Affairs, UPS Asia Pacific, Ms. Monique Avila, Country Manager, Philippines & SEA Growth Markets, Payoneer and moderated by Mr. Shivin Kohli, Senior Manager, Economics Strategy, Access Partnership.

Many of the Panelists shared their experiences with dealing and coping with the pandemic, and how they have tackled the many supply chain challenges.

Best practices were shared, as well as personal insights in getting through the many adversities that each industry had undertaken.

It was very refreshing to hear many insights and experiences being shared by the speakers.

Questions from the audience were also entertained and of course my favorite part, enough time for coffee.

The event closed with Mr Shivin Kohli presenting the “ABAC SME Supply Chain Resilience Toolkit.”

A platform that helps MSME's asses, measure and develop best practices for their supply chain related departments.
