 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐠 𝐒𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐛𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬



The much awaited Color Run, the second event of the day organized by the Cebu City Council and spearheaded by CCSC Counselors Dondon Hontiveros and Jessica Resch was a huge success with the running community coming by the hundreds.

Runners of all ages, gender and even our four legged family members flocked to the Citi Di Mare Events Grounds to take part in this activity.




Runners began registering as early as 3PM, and had the opportunity to visit various booths and sponsors who offered free tastes and samples of their products.

Sponsors Booths lined up the area with Milo, Gardenia, Pocari, and Fitbar giving away free samples to runners all throughout the event.

Organizers blew colored powder in the air along with each gunstart, a unique color marking each race category.



Runners were in for a surprise because just a few meters after the starting line, water was sprayed for everyone who wanted to wash off any colored powder or just to cool off from the heat.

The Color Run ended with prizes being given away to the top 3 runners of each Category and then the traditional Color Festival.

Colored powder were handed to race finishers along with the finisher's medal and after a short countdown, colored powder filled the air with runners throwing colors all over. It was chaotic, it was crazy but it was also lots of fun.



It didn't take long for the Zumba instructors to take on the stage for 2 hours of Zumba and a Free Concert to follow.

Congratulations to everyone who finished the Sinulog sa Sugbo Color Run 2023.
