 Techvocacy 2023: Bridging Opportunities to Empower NGOs



Techvocacy 2023: Bridging options to Empower NGOs, organized by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), intends to introduce nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and the public sector to technology options that might increase their capacity for social impact.
The event at the North Wing Atrium in SM City Cebu which runs from August 17 to 31 will have representatives from civil society organizations (CSOs) to discuss their efforts and advocacies, while tech partners will talk about their various corporate social responsibilities (CSRs) as well as exhibit digital innovations, technologies, and solutions that potentially contribute to the CSOs key result areas. Students from participating schools will also have the opportunity to present their ideas and capstone projects, and the general public will be able to participate in interactive activities at various booths.





RAFI aspires to drive the conversation on harnessing technology in societal transformation and empowering communities, particularly in Cebu. CSOs are also keen on starting their digital transformation journey through this event by building partnerships with Tech Providers which will help shape the future of the non-profit landscape.



Technology talks will continue today, August 18 from 1pm to 5pm at the SM City Cebu, Northwing.
