Doc Tess Annette Serrato-Libron, a Cebu-based doctor and cancer awareness advocate, shared her insights, alongside Nikoy de Guzman, President of ICanServe Foundation, and Alya Honasan, a journalist, ICanServe Foundation member, and cancer survivor.

They entertained questions from the media, underlining the importance of this manual in supporting breast cancer patients.

In her keynote address, Department of Health Undersecretary Rosario Vergeire celebrated the launch of the manual, acknowledging its significance in the lives of countless individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
