This is a boodle style feast with several senior citizens with birthdays also in November. Other residents of the city joined the advanced birthday feast together with Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and other local officials.

The senator also distributed Nutribuns and toys to children aboard the new Nutri-Jeep.

From Baguio City, Senator Marcos went to San Juan town in La Union to give Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Around 2,500 members of TODA and Barangay Health Workers from the province of La Union received ₱3,000 each.

Senator Marcos also gave educational assistance to2,000 college students of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - San Fernando campus.

Every student received ₱5,000 financial assistance on Friday, November 3.
