Philippine Airlines (PAL) is poised to receive the esteemed "Captain of Industry: Airline" award at the upcoming 120th Year Celebration Gala hosted by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). This recognition stands as a testament to PAL's illustrious history, pioneering contributions to the aviation sector, and significant role in shaping the economic landscape of the Philippines.

Founded as the first commercial airline in Asia, PAL has been a trailblazer since its inception. With a fleet comprising Boeing, Airbus, and De Havilland aircraft, PAL has become synonymous with seamless connectivity, facilitating nonstop flights from its hubs in Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao to destinations across Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East.

Beyond its role as the Philippines' flag carrier, PAL has been a beacon of Filipino hospitality, delivering heartwarming and gracious service to millions of passengers worldwide. The airline's commitment extends beyond passenger travel, actively contributing to the global economy through air cargo and charter services.
