SM Foundation and SM Seaside City Cebu activate its Operation Tulong Express as a response to the call of the Cebu City government in helping the displaced families due to the recent fire in Barangay San Nicolas.
The employee-volunteers facilitated the distribution of 181 Kalinga Packs containing rice and food essentials to fire victims.



A massive fire had hit Sitio Isla Alegre, Barangay Basak San Nicolas in Cebu City on the dawn of October 27, 2024. A total of 181 families were affected.



The Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) program is a social good program of SM Foundation in collaboration with SM Supermalls and SM Markets which aims to address the needs of communities during calamities and crises.
